One of my neighbors has apparently decided that the center courtyard area where the garbage is taken out is somewhat bland and depressing. I couldn’t agree more and therefore the addition of this smiley face thing is most welcome. I suspect that this is still a work in progress so I will be sure to report on the finished product.
